Western Union staff always say that the system is down and advised me to go to bawadi mall to send money. If they don't have a connection, it's possible that the mall has a connection.

Service is polite and efficient. They keep the inside of the bank cold.....Needs more ATM machine around the city. They have been very friendly and helpful to me.
