Western Union staff always say that the system is down and advised me to go to bawadi mall to send money. If they don't have a connection, it's possible that the mall has a connection.

Service is polite and efficient. They keep the inside of the bank cold.....Needs more ATM machine around the city. They have been very friendly and helpful to me.

Losing the service factor which they were know for. Drastic fall in service and no clear reasoning except compliance as an excuse
